# Azure Blob Storage

Export raw Attribution data to Microsoft Azure Blob Storage

Attribution can deliver your data export to a Microsoft Azure Blob Storage container. The export holds raw, unattributed data only: visits, conversions, spend and filters, with no model applied. What each table contains is on [Data schema](https://docs.attributionapp.com/docs/export-data-schema).

## Create a storage account

Azure Storage is reached through a storage account under an Azure subscription. If you do not have one, see Microsoft's guide to [creating a storage account](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-account-create), with the portal, PowerShell or the Azure CLI.

## Create a container for Attribution

In the Azure portal:

1. Open your **Storage account**.
2. In the left menu, under **Data storage**, select **Containers**, then **+ Container**.
3. Name the container. Names are lowercase, start with a letter or number, and may contain letters, numbers and dashes.
4. Set **Public access level** to **Private (no anonymous access)**.
5. Select **OK**.

Keep the container for this data alone: the sync may delete files it finds there.

## Set up the export

Open [Settings → Data Export](https://dashboard.attributionapp.com/goto/settings/integrations?type=data-exports), choose **Azure Blob Storage** and enter:

1. The container's **Blob URL**, in the form `https://ACCOUNT_NAME.blob.core.windows.net/CONTAINER_NAME`.
2. A **Blob SAS token** that grants read, write, list and delete on the container.

Save, and the first files land with the next daily run.
