Attribution app offers an integration with ZenDesk Sell to automatically track your conversion events, however you must be sure to have properly installed your tracking snippet & identify calls prior to connecting. You can learn more about installing Attribution here.

Events from Zendesk Sell

After the integration is completed Attribution app will pull any stage change as a conversion event for Zendesk Sell. Along with this purchase events will be sent to Attribution to calculate return on ad spend.

How to integrate

  1. Go to Settings -> Conversion Integrations -> Zendesk Sell
  2. Click the oAuth
  3. Sign in with username/email.
