Attribution has created a seamless bidirectional integration with Segment, allowing Attribution to push data to your Segment account as User Traits or new Events. Effectively acting as a Source for your Segment account.

Send Data User Traits to Segment:

Attribution can push data back into Segment as User Traits. Attribution triggers an identify call each night to Segment, which updates a particular user's traits.

To Set up

Let Attribution know if you want to enable bidirectional integration with Segment.
The "Segment Reverse - Identity" will become available under "Conversion Integration" within the "Settings" page.
Select the "AttributionApp + Segment.io reverse integration" and enter the write key from your Segment account. Instructions here for creating Segment Write Keys.
Select the traits that you want to send to Segment from Attribution. Contact [email protected] if you have a trait that is not listed.

Attribution will automatically add new user traits and push data daily into your Segment account.

Send Events to Segment:

Attribution can push new user events into your Segment account. Attribution triggers track calls each night to Segment.

To Set up

Let Attribution know you would like to enable the Bidirectional Integration with Segment.
