Overview of conversion integrations
Where conversions and revenue come from, and what a conversion integration does
A conversion integration brings the outcomes into Attribution: the leads, deals, subscriptions, payments and bookings that your visits turn into. Once connected, each new record becomes a conversion event for the person it belongs to, with revenue where the source has it, and the dashboard credits it to the visits that preceded it according to your model.
Matching is by identity. A conversion can only be credited when the person behind it was identified on your site, usually by email, before the record was created in your tool; records with no prior visit land in Unknown Source (see Default traffic sources).
The integrations group by what they send:
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Zendesk Sell.
- Billing and payments: Stripe, Recurly, Zuora, Sage.
- Calls, bookings and forms: CallRail, Calendly, Unbounce.
Ad platforms, which bring spend and tag your clicks, are covered in Ad integrations.
